Mimmo
2026The social media for right here, right now. 1,000+ users, 800+ posts in the first month, live at Aalto University.
Built with a team of 4 during FounderSprint at Aalto - from user interviews to a live product students actually use.
Social media connects you to the whole world except the place you're standing in. Students share a campus, a schedule, and the same weather - but had no space for what's happening right here, right now.
We ran 50+ semi-structured interviews, 2 focus groups, and usability testing with students. One open question was whether to require signup - interviews settled it: getting in with zero account and zero friction was consistently named one of the best things about Mimmo. We never built one.
We chose universities as the first market on purpose: high density, strong social behavior, and openness to trying new things. Every screen was designed around three principles: authenticity, simplicity, and being relevant to you, right now, right where you are.
We built two complementary products, Pitch and Questions, to put the Mimmo brand on stage at student events, and A/B tested prompted content vs. free posting, QR code placement, poster designs, and microcopy - reading results straight from the database as often as from PostHog. Posters in public toilets outperformed every 'proper' channel.
1,000+ users and 800+ posts in a single month, live at Aalto and growing through word of mouth.

Prompt
2026AI-native CRM for HMD's sales team - less data entry, more selling.
With two teammates, we started from the salesperson's real problem: CRMs demand data entry and give little back. We designed an agentic CRM that proactively delivers context-aware action recommendations at every step - less like a database, more like having an analyst on the team. Won the HMD challenge.
